The mission of the National Institute for Human Development (NIHD) is to help communities, institutions and organizations solve problems related to organizational, economic, educational, environmental and social/human issues, through technical assistance, strategic planning, program management and consulting services.

• Assist rural and urban communities, educational institutions, businesses, faith based organizations and others with strategic planning and program development.

• Design specific programs/projects that address community, organizations and client need.

• Serve as a resource development arm for clients lacking in-house staff expertise.

• Design, implement and manage projects in the programmatic areas of education, economic development, housing, the environment, and human social services
